Where Do Appointments Take Place?

If you’ve scheduled a personal consultation with one of our team members, you can choose from several flexible communication formats. This allows you to connect in the way that’s most convenient and comfortable for you.

Important Information: Since early 2025, written-only appointment requests (e.g., via WhatsApp, email, or chat) have no longer been supported. All appointments now require direct communication – either audio or video calls.

As of the major scheduling updates in November 2025, phone calls are no longer offered due to low demand.

Available Communication Formats

We currently offer live oral appointments via the following platforms:

Discord Voice Call

Join your appointment via our official Discord server using a private voice channel.

  • Ideal for tech-savvy users or regular Discord users

  • Requires membership in our official server

  • We recommend using a headset for best audio quality

  • Video option available upon request

Zoom or Google Meet

Prefer a video call? We offer scheduled consultations via Zoom or Google Meet upon request.

  • A good choice for team or group consultations

  • Includes screen sharing, ideal for walkthroughs or technical support

  • Link will be provided at least 24 hours before the appointment

  • Please test your camera and microphone in advance
