Payment Process for Appointments

New from November 2025: As explained in our support articles on appointments, we offer both free and paid appointments. After you submit the appointment form and we process your request, you’ll receive a payment link from our partner Stripe.

• For free appointments: No further action is required. You don’t need to add a payment method.

• For paid appointments: To confirm and secure your appointment, you must complete the payment in advance. This applies to all appointment types. Your appointment will only be added to our system after the payment has been successfully processed.
