This guide explains how to schedule an appointment – including how to choose the right type, language, and platform, and how to submit your request correctly.

Choose the Appointment Type

Start by selecting the type of appointment that best fits your needs. Appointment types differ based on the agent’s level, cost, availability, and scope of service. If you’re not sure which one to choose, you can find a detailed overview of all appointment types in this article.

Select the Language

Appointments can be held in German or English.

Spanish was discontinued during the major scheduling updates in November 2025. If you select both German and English as your preferred languages, we can usually confirm your appointment faster and assign a suitable team member more easily.

Choose the Platform

Next, decide on which platform your appointment will take place. You can find more information about the platforms in this article.

(Optional) Assign a Team Member

If you’d like a specific team member to handle your appointment, you can enter their five-digit team number directly in the appointment form. This step is optional but helps us assign your request to the right person more quickly.

Submit Your Appointment

Once you’ve selected the appointment type, language, and platform – and optionally added a team number – you’re ready to submit your request.

Open the appointment form and enter your preferred date and time, along with a short description of your request or topic. This helps us prepare in advance and ensures your appointment is as efficient and helpful as possible.

Please review all details carefully before submitting. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your appointment request has been received.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To make the most of your session, we kindly ask you to:

  • Be ready and available at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time

  • Have all necessary files, documents, or questions ready

  • Ensure your audio setup is working (microphone, headset, etc.)

  • Check that you have access to the selected platform (e.g., Zoom link, Discord server)

If you are having trouble connecting, please contact our support team as soon as possible – we’re happy to help.

What Happens If There’s a Delay?

We always aim to start on time, but sometimes previous appointments may run over. If this happens:

  • You will receive real-time updates via your preferred contact method (email or mobile)

  • If the delay exceeds 45 minutes, your appointment will be free of charge, and you’ll have the option to reschedule at no additional cost

  • We appreciate your patience and will do everything we can to minimize wait times.
