Appointment Cancellation Policies

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for everyone involved.

Below you’ll find the cancellation policy for each type of appointment. If you know you won’t be able to make it to your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.

Can I reschedule or modify my appointment?

To reschedule or modify your appointment, please cancel it within the cancellation period and book a new one.

Essential Cancellation Policy

For Essential appointments, there are no cancellation deadlines or fees. However, we kindly ask that you cancel in advance if you are unable to attend. If you miss an appointment without canceling, we may only be able to offer you paid appointments in the future.

Basic Cancellation Policy

When You Cancel	What Happens
More than 24 hours before appointment	No fee. You may cancel or reschedule at no cost.
Less than 24 hours before appointment	$25 cancellation fee. Remaining amount refunded or credited.
Missed appointment without notice	$75 no-show fee. This covers the expert’s reserved time.

Pro Cancellation Policy

When You Cancel	What Happens
More than 24 hours before appointment	No fee. You may cancel or reschedule at no cost.
Less than 24 hours before appointment	$100 cancellation fee. Remaining amount refunded or credited.
Missed appointment without notice	$300 no-show fee. This covers the expert’s reserved time.

Premium Cancellation Policy

When You Cancel	What Happens
More than 24 hours before appointment	No fee. You may cancel or reschedule at no cost.
Less than 24 hours before appointment	$200 cancellation fee. Remaining amount refunded or credited.
Missed appointment without notice	$840 no-show fee. This covers the expert’s reserved time.
