How to Cancel a Subscription (via PayPal or Stripe)

Learn how to easily cancel your subscription if you paid through PayPal or a Stripe-powered service.

Subscriptions are convenient, but sometimes you need to make a change. Whether you're managing your budget or no longer using a service, this guide will help you cancel a subscription quickly and securely. Below, we explain how to cancel recurring payments made via PayPal or Stripe, depending on how you originally subscribed.

Canceling a Subscription via PayPal

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.

Select the Payments tab.

Click on Manage automatic payments.

Find LegendGames in the list of merchants and click on our name.

Click Cancel or Cancel Automatic Payments.

Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Note: After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no further charges will be made.

Canceling a Subscription via Stripe

When you completed your first purchase, you received an email from LegendGames with a link to your Stripe Customer Portal.

Open that email and click the link to access your portal.

In the portal, go to the Subscription section.

Click Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.

Note: If you no longer have access to the link, contact us at [email protected], and we will resend it to you.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No additional payments will be charged unless you reactivate your subscription.
