This guide explains how to schedule an appointment – including how to choose the right type, language, and platform, and how to submit your request correctly.

Schedule Your Appointment
Follow the steps below to request an appointment. You will also find tips on how to prepare and what happens if we are running late.
1. Choose the Appointment Type
Start by choosing the appointment type that fits your needs.
Appointment types differ by agent level, price, availability, and scope.

2. Select the Language
Appointments are available in German or English.
Spanish is no longer available (since November 2025).
If possible, select both German and English. This can speed up confirmation.
3. Choose the Platform
Choose where your appointment will take place. This depends on the available platforms and the type of session.

4. (Optional) Assign a Team Member
If you want a specific team member, enter their five-digit team number in the appointment form.
Leave it blank if you do not have a preference.
5. Submit Your Appointment
Once you have picked the type, language, and platform (plus an optional team number), you are ready to submit.
When submitting your request, include:
- Your preferred date and time
- A short description of your topic or request
This helps us prepare and keeps the session focused.
Before submitting, please double-check all details. You will receive a confirmation message once we receive your request.
Paid appointment types require prepayment. Payment confirms the booking.

Preparing for Your Appointment
To get the most out of your session:
- Be ready at least 5 minutes before the start time
- Prepare your questions, links, and relevant files
- Test your microphone or headset (and camera, if needed)
- Make sure you can access the selected platform (for example Discord or a meeting link)
If you cannot join, contact support as soon as possible. We will help you connect or reschedule.
What Happens If There Is a Delay?
We aim to start on time. Sometimes a previous call runs longer than expected.
If we are late:
- We send live updates by email or SMS
- After 45 minutes or more, the appointment is free
- You can also reschedule at no extra cost
We will keep the wait as short as possible.
