Essential Appointments
Essential appointments are free. They work best for short, focused questions. They’re only available during fixed time windows.
For example, if a time range like 07:45 – 10:20 is shown, it means the earliest appointment can be scheduled at 07:45 and the latest at 10:20.

Basic Appointments
Basic appointments are ideal for orientation, support during the early stages of a project, or general questions. They are offered at a reduced rate to make expert help more accessible.

Pro Appointments
Pro appointments are designed for in-depth discussions that go beyond general guidance. These sessions are conducted by our experienced Level 4 agents and offer more time and flexibility than Basic Appointments, while remaining more accessible than our Premium option.
Booking and duration
- Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
- Minimum appointment length is 1 hour
- Appointments are scheduled based on expert availability
