Effective June 1, 2026, we will discontinue all on-site appointments in Germany and the Netherlands.
Over the past years, we have continuously invested in improving our remote support infrastructure and service quality. Thanks to these advancements, remote sessions have become significantly more efficient, reliable, and convenient for our customers. As a result, the demand for on-site appointments has steadily declined, making them increasingly unnecessary and rare.
Between 2024 and 2026, we successfully completed more than 2,000 on-site appointments across Germany and the Netherlands with a fleet of 7 service vehicles, since May 31, 2025 exclusively consisting of 7 BMW 520d vehicles. During these two years, our team covered approximately 600,000 kilometers in total travel distance.
We would like to sincerely thank all customers for the trust, support, and many great experiences during this time. It has been a pleasure providing personal on-site assistance throughout both countries.
