This article explains how payments for appointments work. We offer both free and paid appointments.
Payment Process
Since November 2025, appointments can be either free or paid.
After you submit the appointment request, we will review it. If the appointment requires payment, you will receive a payment link from our partner Stripe.
- For free appointments: No further action is required. You do not need to add a payment method.
- For paid appointments: To confirm and secure your appointment, you must complete the payment in advance. This applies to all paid appointment types. Your appointment will only be scheduled after the payment has been successfully processed.
