Below you will find the cancellation policy for each type of appointment. If you know you will not be able to attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.
Rescheduling or Modifying an Appointment
To reschedule or modify your appointment, please cancel it within the cancellation period and book a new one.
Essential Cancellation Policy
For Essential appointments, there are no cancellation deadlines and no fees. However, we kindly ask that you cancel in advance if you are unable to attend. If you miss an appointment without canceling, we may only be able to offer you paid appointments in the future.
Basic Cancellation Policy

| More than 24 hours before appointment | No fee. You may cancel or reschedule at no cost. |
| Less than 24 hours before appointment | $25 cancellation fee. Remaining amount refunded or credited. |
| Missed appointment without notice | $75 no-show fee. This covers the expert’s reserved time. |
Pro Cancellation Policy

| More than 24 hours before appointment | No fee. You may cancel or reschedule at no cost. |
| Less than 24 hours before appointment | $100 cancellation fee. Remaining amount refunded or credited. |
| Missed appointment without notice | $300 no-show fee. This covers the expert’s reserved time. |
Premium Cancellation Policy

| Less than 24 hours before appointment | $200 cancellation fee. Remaining amount refunded or credited. |
| Missed appointment without notice | $840 no-show fee. This covers the expert’s reserved time. |
