Appointments are held remotely. You can choose the platform that is most convenient for you.
Important Information
- Since early 2025, text-only appointments are not supported (for example WhatsApp, email, or chat).
- Appointments require voice or video.
- Since November 2025, phone calls are no longer offered due to low demand.
Available Communication Formats
We currently offer live appointments on the platforms below.
Discord Voice Call
Join via our official Discord server. Your session takes place in a private voice channel.
- Best if you already use Discord
- Requires access to our official server
- Use a headset for better audio quality
- Video is available on request
Zoom or Google Meet
If you prefer a video call, we can host the appointment on Zoom or Google Meet.
- Good for team or group sessions
- Screen sharing is supported and useful for walkthroughs and technical help
- We send the meeting link at least 24 hours before the appointment
- Test your camera and microphone ahead of time
