Looking to permanently delete your LegendGames account?
Account deletion is a permanent process that removes access associated with your account. This article explains what deletion means, what happens to your products, and how to submit a request.
What Account Deletion Means
Deleting your account will permanently remove your account data and disable access to all products connected to that login.
Please note:
- Account deletion is irreversible
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
- You will permanently lose access through that account
Product Ownership
Deleting an account does not remove product ownership.
LegendGames products are bound to the original purchaser through product IDs.
This means:
- Deleting an account only removes access through that account
- Ownership remains tied to the original purchase
- Products are not lost, but access must be re-established through a new account
Switching Account Types
Account deletion is the only way to return to a different account type after an upgrade.
For example:
- Titan Lite can be upgraded to Titan
- Titan cannot be downgraded back to Titan Lite
- Returning to Titan Lite requires deleting the Titan account and creating a new Titan Lite account
30 Day Grace Period
After your deletion request is approved, you have a 30 day grace period.
If you contact us during this period to cancel the deletion process, your account will remain active.
If no cancellation request is received within 30 days, the account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion:
- Click Submit a request in the top right corner of this page
- Create a support ticket with:
- Request Type: Account Management
- Ticket Subject: Account Deletion
Include the required verification information listed below.
Required Verification Information
To protect account security, deletion requests must include sufficient information to confirm ownership.
Please provide:
- The original registration email address
- Your current email address (if different)
- Your date of birth
- Your account type (Titan Lite, Titan, or Dungeon)
- Any associated product IDs or purchase references
- Your approximate account creation date
If not all information can be provided, additional verification may be required.
Important Note
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your account and its access cannot be restored.
