Overview
LegendGames accounts are available in different types depending on how you want to access and manage products.
This article explains which account upgrades are supported, what limitations apply, and what happens when an account type is changed.
Supported Account Upgrades
Account upgrades are only available in one direction:
- Titan Lite → Titan
This upgrade gives you full access to the Titan Dashboard and advanced management features.
Downgrades
Downgrading from Titan back to Titan Lite is not supported.
Once an account has been upgraded to Titan, it cannot be converted back.
Irreversibility
Please note:
- Upgrading from Titan Lite to Titan is irreversible
- Returning to Titan Lite is only possible by deleting the Titan account and creating a new Titan Lite account
Account deletion is the only way to switch back to a different account type.
Product Ownership
Changing or deleting an account does not affect product ownership.
LegendGames products are bound to the original purchaser through product IDs.
This means:
- Deleting an account only removes access through that account
- Ownership remains tied to the original purchase
- Products are not lost, but access must be re-established through a new account
