Titan Lite Account
To change your email address, you must contact support.
To do this:
- Click Submit a request in the top right corner of this page
- Create a support ticket using either:
- The original email address you signed up with, or
- A valid backup code
- Include the new email address you want to use
After your request is processed, we will automatically send a verification link to your new email address.
Important notes:
- The verification link is valid for 30 minutes
- Email changes can only be made once every 14 days
Titan Account
Titan accounts can change the email address directly in the dashboard.
Go to:
Account Management → Personal Information → Email Address
Follow the on-screen steps to update your email address.
Important note:
Email changes for Titan accounts are limited to once every 7 days.
