Titan Lite Account
Titan Lite accounts do not have online access and therefore do not use passwords.
If you need help with your account, click Submit a request in the top right corner of this page to contact support.
Titan Account
Titan accounts can change the password directly in the dashboard.
Go to:
Account Management → Security → Password
Follow the on-screen steps to update your password.
