If you have signed up for a subscription with a minimum term, made a purchase on invoice, or arranged installment payments, you will receive a reminder about the upcoming payment by email 7 days before the due date.

What should you do if you are unable to make the payment on time?
We understand that financial situations can change unexpectedly.
If you know that you will not be able to make your payment on time, please contact us as early as possible. Ideally, reach out no later than 5 days before the due date.

Getting in touch early allows us to better assess your situation and find a solution before your account becomes overdue.
Is a payment extension possible?
In certain cases, yes.
Our finance support team may be able to offer you a one-time payment extension of up to 30 days. This gives you some time to get your finances back in order.
Please note:
- A payment extension is not guaranteed.
- Each request is reviewed individually based on your situation.
- Multiple or repeated extensions are generally not available.
