We are excited to introduce the new Monthly Security Report, now available free of charge for all Data Protection Services subscriptions. This optional feature provides a monthly summary of your monitoring activity and can be activated at any time by submitting a support request. It does not affect your existing subscription, billing, or contract terms.
To provide additional transparency into your Data Protection Service, we now offer a free Monthly Security Report.
This feature is available at no additional cost for all Data Protection Services subscriptions, regardless of your plan or subscription term.
The Monthly Security Report is an optional feature and does not change your existing contract, subscription period, renewal, or cancellation terms.
What is included?
Each month, you will receive a summary of your Data Protection Service activity, which may include:
- Monitoring status
- Number of monitored sources
- New findings detected during the reporting period, if any
- Categories of affected data, where applicable
- General security recommendations and best practices
If no new findings are detected, your report will confirm that monitoring remained active during the reporting period.
How do I enable the Monthly Security Report?
The Monthly Security Report is provided on request.
To activate the feature, click Submit a request in the top-right corner of the Support Center and request activation of the Monthly Security Report.
Once enabled, reports will be delivered automatically each month.
When will I receive my first report?
Customers who activate the feature in time for the August reporting period will receive their first Monthly Security Report on September 1.
After that, reports will be delivered on the first day of each month and will summarize the previous month's monitoring activity.
Does this affect my subscription?
No.
The Monthly Security Report is a complimentary addition to your existing Data Protection Service. It does not modify your subscription, billing, contract duration, service level, or cancellation terms.
