Overview
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community. When our guidelines are violated, we take action. Depending on the severity, your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
This article explains the different types of suspensions and answers the most common questions.
Temporary Suspension vs. Permanent Suspension
Temporary Suspension
A temporary suspension is issued for minor to moderate violations of our rules. This can include behavior such as insults, inappropriate chat messages, or other non-severe misconduct.
In many cases, these suspensions are preceded by warnings or chat restrictions. In more serious situations, a suspension can also be applied immediately.
The length of a temporary suspension depends on the severity of the offense and is shown when you try to log into your account. Use this time to review the rules and make sure to follow them in the future.
Permanent Suspension
A permanent suspension is a lifetime ban from accessing your account or any of our platforms. This is reserved for severe or repeated violations, such as hate speech, serious harassment, cheating, or account manipulation.
Permanent suspensions are usually preceded by multiple warnings or temporary suspensions. This means you were already informed that your behavior was not acceptable. Ignoring these warnings can result in losing access to your account permanently.
Why Was My Account Suspended?
The specific reason for your suspension is shown when you try to log in or join a platform. Please read this message carefully, as it explains what led to the suspension.
We also recommend reviewing the community rules to better understand which behaviors are not tolerated.
Can My Suspension Be Lifted?
Properly issued suspensions will not be lifted. These actions are necessary to protect the community.
If you believe your suspension was issued in error, you can contact support and explain your case in detail.
In cases of minor violations, there is a small chance that the suspension period may be reduced. This only happens in exceptional situations and requires clear proof that you understand the issue and will change your behavior.

Someone Else Was Using My Account
You are fully responsible for all activity that happens on your account. Sharing your account is not allowed under our Terms of Use.
If your account was compromised or hacked and the suspension was caused by the attacker, it may be possible to lift the suspension.
In this case, please contact support as soon as possible, describe what happened in detail, and include any evidence you have. We will review the situation and decide whether the suspension can be reversed.
